University of Swat invites aapplications from professional, dynamic and career oriented Pakistani citizens for the following vacant positions, l egibility criteria and details of the positions are given below:

I    Project Director (for the project “Establishment of University of Swat Phase-I”)  Fixed Pay Rs. 100.000/- Per Month with 10% annual increase.    01    MS in Project Management / Management Sciences / Civil Engineering from an HEC recognized University / Institution with 10 years relevant experience OR M BA in Project Management / B. E Civil from an HEC recognized University / Institutions with 12 years of relevant experience. (Candidates having experience in Project Management will be given preference).
2    Director Works (BPS-20 Contract)    01    L1 Class (B-Grade) B.Sc Engineering from an IIEC recognized University / Institutions with 13 years professional (managerial level) experience in the relevant field in the Govt. / Semi Govt./Autonomous/ Professional Organization.
3    Administrative Officer (BPS-18 Contract)    01    a.    First Class Master’s / LLB with 5 years teaching / administrative experience in the relevant field. OR  b.    Second Class Master’s / LLB with 10 years’ experience in the relevant field in a university. OR  c.    Graduate Ex-Servicemen of the equivalent grade / rank (retired in officer rank from Armed Forces) with 15 years’ experience.
4    Assistant Administrative Officer (BPS-17 Regular)    01    a.    First Class Master’s Degree/LLB. OR  b.    Second Class Master’s Degree/LLB with 5 years’ experience in the relevant field in a University. OR  c.    Graduate Ex-Serviceman of equivalent rank/grade.
5    Junior Clerk (Female) (BPS-07 Contract)  for Female Hostel and College of Home Sciences    02    Matric in atleast 2″1 Division / Intermediate or equivalent qualification with a speed of 30 words per minute in typing and adequate computer literacy.
6    Security Guards (BPS-02 Regular)    15    Retired Defence Forces personnel with good physique. (Educated persons will be given preference)
7    Mali (BPS-02 Regular)    15    Matric or Literate with 5 years relevant experience.
Application forms can be obtained from Habib Bank Ltd. Bank Square Branch. Mingora on a payment of Rs. 1000/- for the positions mentioned at S.No. I to 4 and Rs. 300/- for the position mentioned at S.No. 5 to 7 which can be deposited in any HBL Branch of Pakistan (Branch Code. 0221 Account No. 7901357503). Original bank slip/receipt should be attached with the form. The form can also be downloaded from the university’s website i.e. In case of downloading the form from the website, a bank receipt (Habib Bank Ltd) in favor of Treasurer. University of Swat of the mentioned amount must be attached with the application form. (Money Orders will not be accepted). Applications on prescribed form, complete in all respects, along with testimonials/experience certificates/three recent passport size photographs shall reach the office of the undersigned on or before January 27,2015 (4:00 PM). Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be entertained. Original documents and relevant experience certificates etc shall have to be produced at the time of interview. Telephone/mobile numbers and email addresses must be provided along with mailing address for quick correspondence. Candidates serving in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous organizations/institutes must apply through proper channel with an NOC, otherwise their application forms will be rejected. No TA/DA will be paid for test/interview. The process will be completed as per rules followed by University of Swat. The University will not be responsible for non-receipt/delay of call letters for test/interview and the matter should be settled with the concerned service providers (post office or courier). Age will be calculated as per policy of the University. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel any or all ofthem. Errors/omissions(ifany) will be rectified by the University as per rules.
